How to Order

First, order whatever item you want by clicking on “add to cart” next to that item. Continue shopping this way and when you're ready to checkout, choose the payment method you prefer. If you wish to pay by check* or money order, simply print out the order you've generated and send it to me with your payment. I will also receive a copy of your order by email and will contact you to verify your order when I receive it, when I receive your payment, and when your order is shipped.
 
I try to keep each of the scarves colors in stock. However, sometimes I may have to dye them after receiving your order. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping after your order is placed. Orders are shipped either UPS or USPS, delivery confirmation and insurance included in the shipping cost.
 
*Please note - Orders paid by check may be delayed until the check is cleared by the bank.
 
Exchanges and Returns
 
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Desert Wind Studio.
Please email or phone me regarding any purchases you wish to exchange or return.
All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and there is no refund for shipping costs.
All returned items must be in original condition.
Refunds will be made according to the payment method used.

Wholesale Inquires
To place a wholesale order for quilt patterns, e-mail me for an order form. All first orders must include a state resale number and must be prepaid. A minimum of three patterns is required for each design.
 
Scarves are not available for wholesale purchases at this time.
